GigRight Terms of Use:
Please be at least 16 to join our site.
GigRight recommends that members under the age of 18 who are using our website, to be supervised by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult.
Although we love children, most event employers usually hire talent and vendors over 18, and often require persons over 21.
Also talent and vendors are often hired to entertain children at events.
GigRight is not a talent booking agency. Our site is designed to help connect event talent and vendors with hiring venues.
We do not guarantee employment for our site members, although we try our very best to find you working gigs.
We do not handle contracts or other legalities for live events, although we highly recommend written contracts between talent/vendor and employer. The exception is with our music publishing and record label contract agreements between GigRight and our music clients, in which case we do provide detailed legal contracts.
All site membership payment plans are final and non-refundable. Please choose your plan carefully. If unsure which plan to choose, we recommend the monthly plan. You can later upgrade at anytime.
You can cancel your account at the end of your billing cycle. However, we recommend that you keep your profile with us, if you decide you can’t continue payments for a while.
We will make every effort to keep your account intact for our viewers to see year-round, in read-only mode. Later when you need to update your profile, simply resume payments by choosing an affordable plan.

The site's intent is to give public exposure to our Talent artist members.
All images and materials, claims and statements, expressed, implied or guaranteed by members and non-members on GigRight are the sole responsibility of those individuals.
All information accuracy, copyright credits, image copyrights and usage, and other forms of information are the sole responsibility of each posting GigRight member. GigRight.com™ does not guarantee, warrant, or confirm information posted to profile display pages or to our forum/blog postings.
GigRight maintains no relationship with any non GigRight web site links displayed on our site. Any references to specific services, copyrights, trademarks, logos, or company/individual quotes, sayings, phrases or ‘jingles’ are independent of GigRight, and do not constitute or imply any association, endorsement or recommendation. GigRight is not a talent agency, a talent recruiter, a talent employment service, a music recording company, a performing arts venue nor anything related. GigRight is exactly what it claims to be…a “full service visual and performing arts, entertainment and media resource gateway.” We exist solely so that people interested in the entertainment talent field, can join our site in order to meet others by posting talent profiles, and do talent searches through people networking. We do not employ or recruit talent, nor offer talent contracts be they paid/non-paid to our members or visitors.
Rather, we attempt to help you by getting your profile out there on the Internet through vast public people exposure, in order to help you ‘self promote’ yourself. Our full intention and wish is that by using GigRight’s varied membership services, you will meet others in order to hopefully advance your talent career. However, we cannot, will not, nor suggest in any capacity to make any guarantees that your GigRight membership will help or advance your talent search or career.
Since GigRight is a talent networking service open to and accessible to the world-wide public, we strongly encourage our members to use sound and discrete judgment when posting personal/self information and photos through your profile on our site.

We are not legally responsible in any capacity for your actions through this website. Please keep in mind, that GigRight reserves the right to closely monitor online member activity in order to help insure that all members abide by company terms. GigRight reserves the right to suspend/cancel membership without refund, if these agreed upon membership privileges are abused and company terms are not adhered to.
When using our forum, email, posting photos, audio, videos, links or other such postings, please maintain a consistent format of conversation related only and specifically to the topic of talent categories listed on our website. Please refrain from random conversation unrelated to talent/entertainment related subjects on our website. Please refrain from vulgarity or other such inappropriate language. This is a public website.
Note: Only members over the age of 18 should display their contact information on
our site. Members’ contact information should be your ‘business’ as opposed to your ‘personal’ contact information, unless you advertise your personal contact information for business contact information. This is done entirely at your own risk, and we are in no way legally responsible for your actions. Keep in mind that members posting their contact information becomes public Internet information, accessible by the world wide web community internationally.
A word about nudity…GigRight is a talent website. We love and welcome most forms of artwork. We believe art is a free-form of expression, interpreted individually through the eyes of the beholder. From time to time, human nudity is shown within the art, photography and fashion modeling industries. We respect that the general public recognizes nudity as a true form of art. For this reason our company may allow nudity, provided it is done in a tasteful and discreet style.
However, inappropriate postings such as vulgarity, pornographic or offensive photos, songs or videos will be screened and deleted from our site.
Postings of material involving minors cannot be sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise harmful. Please use discretion when posting. If you have a question about appropriateness of a potential posting, please contact GigRight for consultation. We respect you, the artists in expressing your artistic talents and ideas in free-forms of art. However, some reasonable restrictions need to be enforced so as not to offend other members or guest visitors. Please act responsibly.

We are a legal, legitimate and moral company. Visitors and members under the age of 18, should be monitored by an adult. Though rare and not encouraged, the possibility of nudity may occasionally occur in the format of posted photographs or videos. This is most likely to occur on our fashion modeling, photography and art categories, or related links. Our company will make every effort to monitor such postings and may remove questionable postings. However, please be aware that nudity or vulgarity nonetheless make occur from time to time, so please monitor minors when viewing our site. Although we welcome and encourage your comments, and reporting potential nudity/immorality on our site, please keep in mind that our company exists for the sole purpose to support and promote the ‘talent artist’. Nudity is a form of ‘art’, and can be freely expressed and interpreted in many forms. For these reasons, occasional nudity may be allowed on our site, provided that it is presented in a professional style. Our postings are not meant to offend our audience in any capacity. Please feel free to report any ‘unusual, obscene or grotesque’ text or graphics to us, and we will consider immediate removal of these postings.
Membership refunds: as a general rule, it is the policy of GigRight not to offer refunds. If a frustrated customer requests a refund or wants to cancel their account, our company will make every effort to satisfy his/her needs and retain the customer. Please contact us and identify your customer issue/complaint, and we will respond in a fair and timely manner. Our intent is to keep our members happy, satisfied, knowledgeable, and up-to-date within the talent industry. As a professional company, we strive to maintain a healthy long-term customer business relationship with all our members.
